Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of item being delivered for store credit only. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not, under any circumstance, accept returns/exchanges on any sale items or items purchased during our sale events with discounts of 20% or greater. Please check all sizing or email us with any sizing questions prior to purchasing sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original product bag.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL THE ITEM BACK TO US. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee full refund in such events. Once approved, please include your invoice and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Shipping cost is the responsible of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.
Refunds via store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Please allow up to three weeks for your return to process.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, due to most of our items being limited edition, we cannot guarantee that the style or size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange. Please follow directions for a return and we will issue you a store credit to purchase the items you wish to exchange for. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping fees associated with mailing the items back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the event of a defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items purchased from retailers
If you have purchased from one of our retailers, please first reach out to the retailer with your issues as your purchase would fall under their store policies. Our policy does not allow returns to Orcas Lucille if you have purchased from a retailer.
