Shipping policy

Please allow us 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing your order. This does not include the time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. You may choose your method of shipping at checkout.

Shipped orders depart from our local post office in Washington. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment and tracking confirmation email. You may use that tracking number to monitor delivery status information.

Once shipped, domestic orders will take about 3-5 business days to arrive, and international orders will take about 7-21 business days to arrive. Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs duties.

Please note that the information available to Orcas Lucille is the same as what is available to you on the web via your tracking number. If your order is missing, we suggest you reach out to your local post office with your tracking number provided. Orcas Lucille is not responsible for lost packages or incorrect address information.
